Join us at Finale Coolidge Corner for light fare and desserts and hear our guest speaker - Kim Moore - co-founder and Director of Branding and Communications of Finale Desserterie.
Technomic, Inc. the industry's foremost expert in restaurant trends, named Finale to their top 100 list of Emerging Chains for 2007. Finale is a leading branded specialty restaurant featuring fine plated desserts, including the company's signature Molten Chocolate Cake.
Finale Desserterie currently operates four locations: Natick Collection in Natick, Park Plaza in Boston, Harvard Square in Cambridge and Coolidge Corner in Brookline.
Kim and Paul Conforti started Finale in 1998 after graduating from Harvard Business School, where together they wrote the business plan for this unique restaurant concept. Kim will speak about her experiences as a female entrepreneur and growing the business.
