Goals and perspectives of work differ for each generation, creating challenges in the workplace. The NSTC Business Breakfast will help you increase your understanding of the work attitudes of a generationally diverse workforce - attitudes that cut across every technology sector and role.
Julia Geisman, president of Millennium Learning, will speak on the topic and moderate a lively panel discussion comprised of three generations of employees from Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates. You will hear about their experiences and challenges and how they can successfully communicate, understand, and work with each other.
