A lot is expected from the public company audit committee. Our program is designed for the director who serves on the audit committee and who wants to ensure that he or she is fully informed about latest developments and critical ideas.
In this half day program, we'll examine:
- Hot topics and emerging issues
- Relevant legal developments
- Practical insights on effective governance practices
We'll be joined by a panel of sitting Audit Committee chairs and members from a variety of public companies. This interactive forum with an audience of peers will allow audit committee members to explore some of the practical considerations associated with their board committee service.
