Determining your financing plan is critical to your success as an entrepreneur. Raise too much too early, and you dilute equity. Too little, and at a critical juncture you're talking to financiers, while your competition is talking to customers.
As an early-stage VC, Roger Walton works with entrepreneurs to consider not just their initial funding needs, but also their capital plan over time. Identifying milestones that will insure you bring in cash as you increase value is just one of discussion points he'll cover. He'll also review the basics of equity calculations and things he's learned along the funding trail.
