Thomas Babaian, CPA. Mr. Babaian will discuss the following tax issues for consultants:
1) choice of entity
2) registration issues
3) employee vs. independent contractor
4) payoll/sales-use tax
5) recordkeeping
and anything else attendees wish to talk about.
Tom Babaian has over eighteen years of experience in public and industry accounting. Prior to moving to the Boston area, Tom spent time in both healthcare and manufacturing accounting. Upon moving to the Boston area, Tom spent many years at several Boston based CPA firms, before starting his own practice in Maynard, Massachusetts in 1999.
